Capabilities

Development decisions that can survive production.

Our work begins with feasibility: materials, construction, branding, equipment, quality expectations, quantity and timing must form one workable specification.

Sampling and development

Product trials before the specification is locked.

A simple sample using stocked materials and no custom logo can be ready in about 3 days. Straightforward styles with standard logo work or readily sourced materials are often completed in about 7 days. From-scratch developments, hard-to-source materials or complex multi-component structures can take up to 14 days.

  • Pattern and construction reviewPanels, seams, gussets, binding, lining and reinforcement are planned before sewing.
  • Branding trialsHeat transfer, print, labels, patches, embossing and laser marking are assessed for the selected material.
  • Revision against the briefFeedback is converted into a controlled sample and production specification.

Production planning

Capacity only matters when the specification is stable.

For standard drawstring pouch constructions, combined daily output can reach approximately 15,000 pieces. More complex products are scheduled according to sewing content, material readiness, inspection needs and order quantity.

Production lead time is project-specific. It is confirmed after sample approval, material planning and quantity review.

Development workflow

Five checkpoints before shipment.

  1. BriefUse, dimensions, quantity, market and target effect.
  2. FeasibilityMaterials, construction, equipment and cost route.
  3. SampleTrial, review, revision and approval.
  4. ProductionMaterial control, sewing, inline checks and finishing.
  5. ReleaseFinal inspection, packing and shipment coordination.
